Dublin, the capital city of Ireland has much to offer any visitor to the country. It is a city steeped with history and culture, and this is evident to any visitor from the cities architecture. Dublin boasts medieval, Georgian and modern architecture throughout.Over the years Dublin has evolved into a very Cosmopolitan, sophisticated city. Dublin city is exploding with energy, and every year visitors never seem to fail flocking to the city.

Some places of interest to visit while in Dublin would be the Dublin Spire Monument in the city centre. Guinness the world famous black beer which is made at St. James Gate Brewery and if you would like to learn how to pour your own pint of Guinness visit The Guiness Storehouse! The storehouse is simply amazing with Guinness displays from the years gone by. Take the glass elevator to the 7th level and enjoy a pint while availing of the breath taking view out over Dublin City.
Christ Church Cathedral Dublins oldest building is a leading visitor attraction. Its architectural features and stone carvings are simply amazing and it is said that they date all the way back to the 12th Century through to the 20th century.
While visiting Christ Church discover the tomb of Strongbow, leader of the Normans who captured Dublin back in 1170.
If its family fun and entertainment you are after, look no further than the National Wax Museum or visit Euorpe's Largest park the Phoenix Park. First opened in 1747, it is home to Mary Mc Aleese the President of Ireland. The president lives in Áras an Uachtaráin and guided tours of the main state reception rooms are available.
As you stroll through the Phoenix Park you may encounter some of the vast wildlife living there as the deer raom around freely. The Phoenix Park is also home Dublin Zoo!
Bram Stoker author of the 'Dracula' novel is another of Irelands famous writers. The Bram Stoker Dracula Experience is based in the West Wood Club, Clontarf Rd, Dublin 3. Visitors can learn about the author's life and his literary achievements. As well as getting the scare of a life time. The Bram Stoker Dracula Museum offers visitor tours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon to 10 pm.

Meath know as the Royal County got its name because it contained the seat of the High Kings of Ireland on Tara Hill. Explore the heritage county of Meath and the Boyne Valley. Visit the Megalithic Passage Tomb of Newgrange. The Newgrange site is open to the public with controlled access to the passage and chamber.
Meath is also home to The hill of Tara best known as the seat of the High Kings of Ireland.

For those of you touring Ireland sight seeing then Co. Wicklow is a must. Known as the garden of Ireland Wicklow hosts the most breathtaking scenery, especially that from the Wicklow Mountains.
Visit Glendalough coming form the Irish Gleann Dá Locha meaning "The valley of the two lakes". Glendalough is a famous monastic settlement founded by St. Kevin in the 6th Century. The settlement was destroyed in the 16th Century apart from the famous Round Tower, cathedral, stone churches and some ancient crosses.
